How it works: Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art, it is based on taoistic principles.  It promotes health through the reinforcement of bones and muscles and regulation of blood pressure.

What to expect: There are now many different styles of Tai Chi and each differs slightly.

Known Contraindications: Tai Chi is a slow-moving low impact exercise, the main contraindication is avoiding sharp pain.
