What to expect: A yoga therapist will work with a student or group of students to address a particular issue be it physical, mental or emotional. The therapist will choose appropriate techniques and help the students to develop a personal practice that embraces these techniques.
Known Contraindications: Yoga is contraindicated for anyone with osteoporosis, back injury
