Therapy name: Iridology

Regulatory Body: Self-regulated

 Efficacy: Diagnosis

Overview: The irides are the exposed nerve endings that make up the coloured part of the eye.  The study of these is known as iridology.

How it works: A trained iridologist can look at the exposed reflex nerve endings and see a map of information including genetic inheritance, congestive and irritative zones and how they interact within the bodily systems.  The iridologist can then use their knowledge of anatomy, physiology and the pathology of the pathways of disease to interpret this information.

What to expect: The iridologist will study the iris of the eye.

 Known Contraindications: No known contraindications.
